My Approach

As a Naturopathic Doctor and recovering perfectionist, I help people bridge the gap between knowing what they should do for their health and actually doing it. I bring understanding and compassion to the intricate mind-body-gut connection, focusing on anxiety and digestive wellness in our increasingly digital world.

I've been there – knowing all the "right" things to do but struggling to make them stick, constantly scrolling for the next perfect solution. That's why I'm passionate about supporting patients who feel stuck in their wellness journey, helping them create healthy boundaries with technology while nurturing their physical and mental wellbeing. My approach combines evidence-based naturopathic medicine with practical, sustainable strategies that work in real life (not just on paper).

If you're someone who's read all the books, followed all the wellness influencers, and still feels overwhelmed by actually implementing changes – you're in the right place. I help patients understand how anxiety and digestive health are deeply interconnected, while navigating the challenges of our always-connected lifestyle. Together, we'll explore solutions that honor both your physical and emotional wellbeing, including creating mindful relationships with technology.

With a warm approach and a healthy dose of reality, I create a supportive environment where perfectionism takes a back seat and progress takes the wheel. My goal is to help you turn your health knowledge into action, making meaningful changes that align with your lifestyle and values – including finding that sweet spot between staying connected and unplugging when needed. Because feeling better shouldn't feel impossible.
